Ashworth Associates Inc. - Trickling filters for MTBE removal
After extensive research on behalf of the Los Angeles county city communities, we did win the contract to remove MTBE from well water, used for drinking water, in the LA city basin.
Engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of trickling filters
for the removal of MTBE pollution out of potable water. MTBE is used as a lead replacement in fuels and might leak in groundwater, making it foul tasting. Currently there are over 100 units in use cleaning water for human consumption.

Active in the cooling tower industry since 1984, we supply cost-effective quality products to clients all over the world. We started with full production in the Netherlands and in 1992 gradually started importing components from Asia. In 2002 we moved our complete production to Zhongshan, China. Our western engineers, who are responsible for engineering, manufacturing and Total Quality Control, work efficiently together with our local staff.
