We, as many western manufacturers, changed our manufacturing policies due to the high overhead costs applicable in Europe. Many organizations laid off their productions and concentrated themselves on the core business of product development, engineering and marketing.

In due time the manufacturing facilities were outsourced to better equipped suppliers with specific knowledge on manufacturing procedures and material handling. The western cooling tower manufacturers nearly all followed the German industry where most production is outsourced. The core business became product development and marketing.

We follow the same strategy: Our operations are small and concentrated on engineering and marketing of cooling towers. We hold high grade knowledge and cooperate with most important knowledge institutes like CTI in USA and VDMA in Germany.

Our project department is in charge of manufacturing procedures. We only outsource 2 manufactured products in direct manufacturing control; Stainless steel and FRP parts. These products are outsourced to qualified manufacturers in the region of our engineering operations and of course, in cost effective manners.

Our fiberglass components are either pultruded profiles for the structure and hand lay-up lamination for the side panels and the fan stacks. All other components are procured from qualified manufacturers who hold our moulds. All mechanical components are sourced from renowned manufacturers in the cooling tower business. We do regular factory checks as these companies are to follow a certified TQC system and have the equipment to test evidently. As even a top quality product does not perform well if it is not rightly selected for the job, our engineering is renowned for selecting the right product for every job. We do not operate production facilities but are, to a smaller extend, an engineering group, comparable to our big competitors like GEA, Marley and the likes.

Our marketing operations are controlled from Singapore and the Netherlands. Our engineering is in Guangzhou and Zhongshan China. We have a smaller engineering group in Bandung, Indonesia which design, engineer for the South East Asian market. The manufacturing strategy is similar to the operations in China. We set forth flexibility in engineering and designing. As conditions differ from job to job, we design and build all cooling towers for a perfect fit to the project. We own branded product lines for infill, nozzles, drift eliminators and small low noise fans, all developed in 25 years cooling tower engineering experience.

Finally:

• Our cooling towers are similar in quality and performance as western manufactured products.
• We warrant the thermal performance and capability of the installation.
• We pass on the mechanical warranty of our suppliers, mostly 12 month on gears and motors.
• We warrant 10 years on the structure of the tower.
• We maintain low overheads and handle fair pricing of the equipment.

Last but not least:
Building a cooling tower is not rocket science. Down to basics it is a big box where water and air intensively accumulate in order to transfer heat in an efficient way. The real knowledge is the capability of the in-fills. We design our products in a way that every user is able to install the cooling tower quickly and with ease following the issued handbook. Call it a do-it-yourself project.
Only at the end of the installation, you will need hoisting equipment for lifting the drive set with the fan and motor. To set up the box structure merely general tooling is needed. We supply (if required but not necessary) engineering support for installation supervision en start-up.

We are present with commissions and field testing activities. You are most welcome to visit us in Guangdong, China where we can show you some of our subcontractors facilities. Many German companies found their way into this region as it is called the factory of the world. We do not produce copycat items or low quality. We follow a strategy were you can enjoy a quality product against reasonable prices but in a slightly different strategy. We do not take your money on services such as installation e.g. were local labor is simply the best.
